Yes. After every workout, Smart Trainer reads your performance and updates your routine with smarter suggestions: heavier weight, more reps, an exercise swap when something isn't working. The progression is continuous. Then, when the data shows you've reached the right moment (a plateau, the end of a training block, a shift in your goals), Smart Trainer rewrites your entire program with brand new routines and exercises.
