The Smart Trainer now goes beyond the workout itself. It automatically suggests warm-up and cool-down mobility exercises tailored to the exact muscles your routine targets, so you walk in ready and walk out recovered. You control the duration of each segment, making it as quick or thorough as your schedule allows.

Every routine now organizes into three distinct sections: Main, Warm Up, and Cool Down. Build complete, structured sessions in one place. No more separate routines for prep and recovery. Your full training plan, in a single view.

Choose exactly which exercise types count toward your stats. Filter out warm-ups, cool-downs, and stretches when you want your numbers to reflect only your working sets. Your progress data, on your terms.
Training Load
After each session, rate your effort. A breathing-synchronized animation helps you tune into how hard you actually pushed, turning subjective feel into a trackable data point. Over time, SmartGym builds a picture of your training load so you can train smarter, not just harder.
Draft Routines
Start building a routine and step away. SmartGym saves it automatically as a draft. No more losing work mid-creation. Pick up exactly where you left off.
Update Frequency Control
Love a specific routine and don't want it touched? Set the Smart Trainer update frequency to "Never" for that routine. You'll still receive suggestions for individual exercises while keeping the structure you've built exactly as it is.
Update Exercises Across All Routines
Make a change to an exercise, swap a variation or update its settings, and apply it everywhere that exercise appears across your entire routine library in one tap. Consistency, without the manual work.

What is Training Load and how does it work?
Training Load lets you rate your perceived effort after each workout using a breathing-synchronized animation. Over time, SmartGym uses this data to build a picture of your training intensity, helping you balance recovery and progression.
Will my existing routines be affected by this update?
No. Your existing routines remain exactly as they are. Routine Segments and Draft Routines are additive features. You can also set the Smart Trainer update frequency to "Never" for any routine you want to keep unchanged.
